Showcasing Philippine Pride: BUCTE Director Joins 2025 Mitsubishi Enikki Festa in Japan

The participation of the Philippine delegation in the 2025 Mitsubishi Enikki Festa Awarding Ceremony and Cultural Exchange Program in Osaka, Japan, was both an honor and a deeply enriching experience.
