One of the services offered by the Center for Policy Studies and Development is advisory and technical assistance, which enhances the capability of BU faculty members to conduct policy research using advanced and transdisciplinary methodologies. To support this, the Center spearheaded a Research Methods Standardization Workshop to conduct an impact evaluation of completed extension undertakings of various state universities and colleges in the Bicol Region.  This was held on May 6, 2025, at the Sili Deli, OSAS Bldg., Legazpi City. The workshop fostered shared understanding of methodologies, timelines, and expected deliverables among project teams, promoting a standard in preparing research proposals.
